The hotel staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Our personal concierge, Karla, was beyond amazing and provided prompt and personalized assistance. The masseuse, Silvia, gave us complimentary massages for three days straight. The server, Alejandro, provided exceptional service. The beautiful beach and pool area, along with the friendly staff, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's close proximity to restaurants and attractions was a definite advantage.
